Creative Direction
Directed historical and creative research with historians and architects. Led the team behind set design and architectural development for large-scale scenes, designed historical flags and Tamerlane's symbolic emblem, and coordinated costume and military equipment for the Kazakhstan segment. Developed architectural solutions evoking 14th-century Central Asian aesthetics. Film acquired by Well Go USA.
Art Direction
Creative direction of a documentary teaser produced for the signing of a memorandum between Uzbekistan and France and screened at the Louvre. A project at the intersection of cultural diplomacy and visual storytelling.
Costume Direction
My company Nomad Creators was responsible for the costume design of the X-Factor TV franchise. We shaped the visual identity of contestants, hosts and stage moments across the season, translating the global format into a regional language of style.
Costume Direction
Costume Director on a documentary (95 min, 2023) on Jaddidism, the early 20th-century Central Asian reform movement told on screen for the first time. The scene features legendary women poets Nozimakhanum and Anbar Atyn alongside UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Manija and independent Uzbek women artists. Curated a composition of 18th–19th century regional textiles, handcrafted silk, couture details and historic jewelry each garment representing a distinct Central Asian region.
Costume Direction
Costume Director on a musical short film reimagining Bygone Days, the first Uzbek novel by Abdulla Qodiriy. In collaboration with museums, dynastic artisans and couture ateliers, I reconstructed the visual language of the late 19th century through costume, color, fabric and historical research.
